Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days,( Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)

We ship all orders using a POST HASTE courier service, with signature required upon delivery.

Please be aware:
Courier timeframes are managed by POST HASTE and may take up to 7 business days during peak periods.

Aerosol products (such as hairspray or mousse) / Bleach / Developer are considered dangerous goods and may be subject to extended delivery times.

Order processing and dispatch may take longer during busy promotional or sale periods.

Lost or Stolen .

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address and signed for, EFX Hair & Beauty is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen thereafter.
