At EFX, our customers come first. Whether you shop online or in-store, we aim to make your experience smooth and hassle-free. We also comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the New Zealand Fair Trading Act.
Change of Mind
We cannot offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for items purchased if you simply change your mind.
Please purchase carefully.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges cannot be offered.
Exchange of Products
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product (for example, conditioner instead of shampoo), contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll assist you promptly.

Requirements for exchange:
Bring the original packaging (opened packaging cannot be accepted)
The product must be unused
Faulty Items
If your product is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will assist promptly.
Please provide:
A description of the fault
Your date of purchase
A photo / video of the faulty item (if possible)
We will assess the issue and provide a solution in accordance with your rights under New Zealand law.
Wrong or Damaged Items by Courier
If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged during delivery:
Take a photo of the item and make a video as proof.
